Finance Assistant - Budapest


- Control and drive invoicing process, raise purchase orders, maintain database
- Approve invoices, check invoices
- Keep records of invoices and tax payments
- Manage accounts receivable and payable
- Coordinating between transactional teams
- Initiates payments, coordinate payment team
- Keep contact with certain suppliers
- Work with partner departments to support proper month-end closing
- Create and update spreadsheets of daily transactions
- Prepare calculations, maintain reports
- Identify and address account discrepancies
- Participate in payroll booking mapping and support payroll related invoice processing
- Obtaining financial data from teams
- Maintain documents and archive
- Support management in events organization, presentations and arrange catering
- Organize Client / Leader site visits, assist guest in travel and accommodation arrangements
- Support with any other ad-hoc admin task
